ACT Emergency Service Deposit

** SELECT PAYMENT METHOD AS "PHONE ORDER" FOR THIS SERVICE. TAX WILL BE SUBTRACTED ON DEPOSIT. **

This product is to establish a deposit for emergency service case. A deposit is being held to secure a service technician to be dispatched to a customer's facility or location, diagnose equipment problem, and affect a repair. Customer agrees to the following terms:

1) Deposit of $2000 will be charged to enable ACT to dispatch a local service technician from one of ACT's service partners.

2) Customer will be provided with description of any repairs needed. Upon verbal customer approval, ACT will direct local service technician to execute equipment repairs. The customer approval provided is an agreement between Customer and ACT to complete any repair up to, but not exceeding $2000.

3) Should the amount of repair exceed the $2000 deposit, customer will be provided a cost estimate for the completion of repair. Upon customer approval, ACT will complete repairs, and will invoice customer for the remaining amount due.

4) Final customer invoice will detail out the repair costs, any parts required, any miscellaneous materials needed, and any travel costs incurred by local technician. Initial deposit will be indicated. Final amount billed, amounts owed, or refund due, will be included.

5) Should the repairs total less than $2000, the customer will be issued a refund for difference in the actual costs within approximately 60 days of service dispatch date.

6) Customer agrees to purchase this deposit for an emergency repair, and agrees to payment in full for all repair costs.
